Purchases over $100 will ship free within the continental United States using our choice of standard delivery via USPS, UPS Ground or Curbside Freight**.

Rush-Delivery is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

In-stock items usually ship within 2 to 3 business days. Mattresses ship within 5 to 7 business days. Backordered items ship as soon as they become available.

All items ship out of Norfolk, Virginia, and can be in-transit from one to ten business days, depending upon your location.

** Most mattresses ship via common carrier freight curbside service. Please make arrangements for delivery inside your home. White-Glove setup is available for an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

There are some locations which acquire additional surcharges from the shipping carrier, such as isolated areas, congested metropolis' with toll roads or over-extended mileage from our dock. Our free shipping does not cover these additional surcharges and a representative will contact you if any extra costs are incurred before completing your order.

If for any reason your items are canceled or returned, the free shipping is void and all third-party shipping costs incurred by us will be charged to your account.
