If the options we suggest don't work, then you can return the mattress (after 30 days*) for a refund. Please take care of your mattress during the sleep trial as we can NOT accept soiled or damaged mattresses. The reason for this is simply to protect us from customers who may accidentally damage their mattress then try to return it for a refund (due to their damage rather than the comfort). To return the mattress, wrap in plastic and securely tape inside a strong box (we recommend you hold onto the original packaging), also include all original paperwork, and we'll issue a freight pickup. Once we receive the mattress back in good condition, we'll issue a refund, less the shipping charges.
*While most customers love the comfort and support of their CozyPure latex mattress the first night, it may take your body a few nights (or even weeks) to get accustomed to your new sleep system (especially if your last mattress was old). We ask that you sleep on your new CozyPure latex mattress for at least 30 days to allow for any body adjustments to take place.
